Fitness Should Help You Keep Living Your Life.
I believe fitness should support the life you want to live—not become your life. Strength, mobility, balance, and endurance matter because they help you stay active, capable, and independent.
My approach is to meet you where you are, understand what you want to accomplish, and build a practical fitness plan around your abilities, goals, and lifestyle.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. Training should reflect your current abilities, goals, experience, and the activities you want to continue doing. That means starting with a thorough assessment, building a plan around you, and adjusting that plan as you progress.
My Approach to Personal Training
Why I Started Lanzon Strength and Mobility
Fitness and strength have been lifelong interests of mine, but like many people, there was a period when the demands of my career took priority over my own health and fitness. Eventually, I made the decision to make them a priority again.
My professional career also taught me the value of strong relationships, listening, communication, and understanding what matters to the person you're working with. Lanzon Strength and Mobility is a relationship-based personal training practice built around those same principles. I take the time to know my clients, understand their goals, and provide the ongoing guidance and support they need to stay strong, active, and capable.
Professional Training & Education
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). The NASM-CPT curriculum includes human movement and exercise science fundamentals, fitness assessments, program design, resistance and cardiorespiratory training, flexibility, balance, nutrition concepts, and behavior-change strategies. This training provides the foundation for how I assess, plan, and develop individualized fitness programs for my clients.
Working together starts with understanding where you are today and what you want your fitness to help you accomplish. I take the time to listen, understand your current abilities, and develop a plan that fits your life.
As we work together, we'll track your progress, adjust your training when needed, and keep the focus on building the strength, mobility, and confidence to continue doing the things that matter to you.
